On June 14, 2026, Confederation Park came alive as Mabuhay Fil-Can Inc. proudly hosted the FIRST EVER Mabuhay Festival Kingston — and the community showed up in full force. From morning until evening, the park was filled with music, culture, food, and families celebrating Heritage Month together.
Thousands enjoyed a full day of live band performances, multicultural showcases featuring Filipino, Irish, Chinese, and Indian communities, vibrant exhibits, delicious Filipino, Mexican, and Thai cuisine, and a fun-filled Kids Zone. The highlight of the evening was a powerful performance by Dessa — The Filipino Power Diva, joining us all the way from Las Vegas.
The overwhelming turnout and support made this inaugural festival a truly historic moment for Kingston. More than just a celebration, the event also supported local partner charities, helping uplift individuals and families across the community.
